Notte Rosa at Hotel Souvenir

At Hotel Souvenir we were among the first in 2006 to believe in this event. We immediately felt it was ours!

Pink like the colour of our furnishings, pink like me, like my mum, like my Martina, like Anna our superb chef. Above all, pink like kindness, like warmth, like the joy of spending time together.

The year 2020 and the need to confirm security made it possible to combine 2 events in one, to renew this endless evening. Notte Rosa moves to the beach, embracing the La Gradisca event, a traditional buffet presenting the typical flavours of Romagna.

The apotheosis of our format: a buffet laid out by the sea in a magical setting and a lounge atmosphere with jazz music by Luca Quadrelli, a quality aperitif/dinner in the most informal place you could dream of: sun loungers on the beach with the sea before us.
